3.5 Ways to Reduce Man Boobs

Wednesday, March 31st, 2010

You see these words more
and more if you look online
to describe men’s extra breast flesh.

Well, lets uncover a few ways
us men can reduce these
embarrassing knockers and the costs of each.

First, there are the magic pill formulas
you see online.

You can take these pills if you want
your kidneys to fail, or any other harmful
side effects to occur.

My Russian doctor in college advised me
to stay away from any and all foreign substance
pills and go the natural route.

I’ve heeded her advice to this day.

Second option, the gynecomastia surgery.

This is a fancy words for breast fat reduction in men.

This surgery works wonderfully if you
enjoy a nice invasive surgery
that cuts you open and sucks your
guts out.

But seriously, this will give you fast results
if you dont mind a couple of scars
and reduced bank account.

The average surgery costs upwards
from $5-10k.

Ever notice a person who has
had similar surgery as above – to suck fat off
their frame – and how the skin looks pitted and
wavy?

And they are stuck like this for life.

Reason is your body was not designed to
carved up like a turkey to vacuum the fat off.

It was designed to have you methodically
and effectively carve the fat by natural means.

And this leads me to the third option.
Using a specific set of exercises that target the
troubled areas and melt the fat away naturally.

Exactly, like the ones in my program
Melt Man Boobs in 30 Days.

Successful reduction of weight is knowing which
key foods to stay away from
and which to eat. What “healthy” food additives actually
put more volume in your ahh … chest pillows
than they do you losing weightt.

So nutrition is the “.5″ of 3.5 ways to reduce chest flesh.

That is why in the upcoming weeks I have a call
scheduled with Matt Furey to pick his brain on
low down when it comes to nutrition for body fat reduction.

If you want in on this, click this link
below and you will get it as one of the bonuses
with my new program, Melt Man Boobs in 30 Days.

Look forward to having you on my amazing program
and seeing you on the call.

Best,

Success Smorgasbord Secrets

Monday, March 8th, 2010

Wanna know a few of the key secrets high performing athletes
use to excel in sports and in life?

Key lies partly in the words spoken.
People reveal if they are moving up
in the world or down by the way they talk.

Read on.

Recently, I parked a few stories
in the back of my mind on this topic for you to chew on.

After the world wide televised event,
the MVP, Drew Brees, was asked
to describe the feeling of just winning
the Superbowl.

He said, “This is better than I ever imagined!”

Stop right there.

Let’s analyze that last line of text, better than I ever imagined.

In order to be better than he imagined,
Drew had to be able to “imagine” winning
the Superbowl in his pre-game ritual. Right?

Countless studies have been done on the power
of controlling your thoughts for success during your pre event.

Its so common, most athletes dont even know
they are doing it.

End of story. Or is it.

Another example comes from the slopes.

When many did not know how she’d preform
for one of her down hill runs with a busted up shin, Lindsey Vonn
was off contorting her body in a way
that resembled shadow boxing. In her mind
she traveled down the course quickly leaning left and right without
a pair of skis on.

When she descended
the 30 story mountain in only 1:44 seconds
her result was: one thick, round, golden medal.

How did she navigate the narrow track in lightening
movements back and forth to win glory?

It was her creative imagination in the pre-race mixed
with daily action.

End of story. Or is it.

Onto the hoops courts where one young
man bounced from project to project had dream
to be a superstar.

Hi name Lebron James.

“If you could IMAGINE these walls, they were all NBA superstars.
This wall was completely covered with Michael Jordan.
Over here, this section was Allen Iverson. This wall from
here to here was Kobe. They rest of the space was
filled in with other players I looked up to,” as
he described in the documentary, More than a Game.

Living in dire surroundings didnt stop Lebrons creative imagination
from flowing out of him. And surrounding himself with extraordinary greatness
in his small white-walled bedroom.

Your imagination is more powerful that the will.

Brains learn best from images, and the more intense and the more
positive – they are, the better. Tis crucial to do this… it is.

So this begs the ultimate question: what are you doing to stir
your creative imagination for a better life.

Or are you simply content living your life as is.

Unconventional Winter Workout

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

Here’s a workout for you
but I’m afraid its days are numbered.

Last weekend, my daughters and I built a snow fort.
Yes, I’m tired of the snow
much like everyone else in the neighborhood.

However, we decided to put all that
white powder to use like a kid molding Play-Doh®.

We built the largest snow creature in
the neighborhood. It resembles a mixture between
a shark and a sea dragon.

And to do so, we rolled several 150lb
snow balls in place to complete the structure.

You can check it out here on Vince’s Facebook page.

Anyway, this workout was great because
it was like flipping large truck tires.

Cept these large objects, the size of a nine year old,
were somewhat unwieldy and more
challenging.  Shifting back and forth with
no set balance point like a truck tire. Or grip point for
that matter.

Key was to get low and drive through
the snow boulders to work the hamstrings
and quads simultaneously.

Next day, I had to do more stretching that usual
to drive out the lactic acid.

If you get an opportunity to workout in
wet, packy snow… this is the workout for you:

1) Pack a snow ball in your hands

2) Roll until boulders get 3 feet tall then go an additional 20 yards

3) Repeat four times

Work on staying low and lifting with your legs and glutes.

If the boulder gets to big, and unmovable, abandon it,
and start an entirely new one.

- When done, sprint 30 yards in 3 feet of snow ten times.

-30 seconds rest in between.

This type of exercise will build loads of strength and endurance
because its NON sport specific to anything you might typically do.

Have fun turning into a lean mean fighting machine.

Vince Palko
