Memorial Day Flight

Monday, May 31st, 2010

This morning I got up and headed
to the airport early.

While self-checking in, I saw a young man
dressed in army fatigues.

I immediately turned to my right
and said, “I appreciate you and all
you do for our country, man.”

“Thank you,” he replied.

Then I shook his hand.

Imagine that, flying out to serve
on Memorial Day.

He was with his parents it turns out
and it brought back a flood
of emotion when traveling back to Germany
with family seeing me off when I played
ball overseas.

‘Cept his fairwell had a little more
emotion I figured with the slight uncertainty of his return.

So let me take a moment to say
thank you to the rest who have
served our country and continue to
serve. As someone who has traveled outside
the country extensively seeing how the other
half of the world lives, I appreciate your service.

Happy Memorial Day,

How to Make Anything Easy

Monday, May 24th, 2010

It was 5 years ago next month
wherein I set out to achieve a goal
I wrote for myself.

I wanted to race a triathlon.

Never swimming more than 20 yards before, let alone
swimming competitively, one
could say I had my work cut out for me.

Cant ‘member much about
that day ‘cept being the last one
outta the lake on the swim leg.

I felt humiliated.

To have my kids cheering on
helped but it also added to the frustration.

They saw me gasping for breath shuffling out of the lake, LAST.

I raced after that a few times… but never felt
like swimming came easy.

I went through every excuse as to why I should never dip
my toes into the pool again.  “I’m too big to swim
well.”  In the movie, THE GUARDIAN, Kevin K’s character
refeferences “muscle doesnt float” when a fit student cant hang
with the group.  My next thought was, “See, how can I ever swim
if I am big and have muscles.”

Funny thing happens when you apply
patient persistence. Like a constant water drip
carving away a rock, you can make what was
once difficult, easy.

And this is where we message for today.

You may think your whole weight loss journey
is too difficult.  You may believe its outta reach
for you.  You may feel your genes hold you back.

Whatever that it that holds you back…can be overcome
with a little desire and a whole lot of practice.

I am living proof.

Make the mountain into a mole hill with your intense
desire to succeed. Roll the images of YOU
achieving greatness in your mind over and over again, my friend.

Apply this formula to anything that holds
you back. You’ll soon discover there is
no mountain is to tall to climb.

I look forward to hearing what mountain peak you reach.

Its only possible to fail, if you give up.

Live, breathe, enjoy,

A Nasty Boil Pops

Friday, May 14th, 2010

Thirty years of pent up sports frustration
popped like a nasty boil yet again for Cleveland fans
last night.

I have to admit I was texting a couple buddies
and pretty PO’d when the final second clicked.
Glad I didnt waste an entire season
watching all teh wins leading up to a horrible
playoff series.

And LeBron has no excuses this time
as to why they didnt get IT done.  Only person
to examine the man in the mirror and ask if he gave it
his all. Only he can honestly answer that.

The owner gave him a supporting cast to
drive to the championship.

Speculators out there think he is gone.
Only time will tell.

This AM I woke up early and washed
the frustration off me like dirt sliding off
my skin from taking a shower.

Cept my shower was a half mile swim
in the pool. Swimming always revitalizes your soul.

Here be the tip for today:

Take your frustration out productively.
Use it to do some good.
I saw a post on FB asking Clevelanders
to come down to a radio station where
a punching bag is set up
on the sidewalk.  This is an example of what I mean
that is both funny and useful.

Take your frustration out on exercise
you will feel a world of difference when you
are done.

Maybe you could care less about
sports.  At the same time, your boss is chafing your
butt because of something going on at work.
Or maybe your spouse didnt check with you
before making a huge purchase and you
are really burned up.

Whatever the cause of stress, use it
as fuel to burn your FIRE.

Do this and your well being and health
will improve simultaneously.

“Ahhhhhhhh, Feels soo good.”
Will be how you feel in the end.

Life will get back on track too.

Wish you well my friend.

What Knute Rockne Said

Wednesday, May 12th, 2010

I saw this quote and wanted to pass it on.

“Football is a game played with arms, legs and shoulders
but mostly from the neck up.”
Knute Rockne (1888 – 1931)

You may think this only references the sport mentioned above, but
it goes well beyond that.

Equate it to your fitness, which involves moving
your arms, legs, shoulders.  Yet, your progress and success
is determined by what happens in the 16 ounce sponge
between your ears.

Thats why my new program centers around several tools
to help your mind back on the right track and to Melt Your Man Boobs in 30 Days.

If you are one of the few who have not jumped
on this program, I have to ask … what you BE waiting for me friend?

A Mom’s Update on Moobs

Thursday, May 6th, 2010

Its always good to hear feedback
on how someone is progressing with
their fitness.

Received a quick note from a excited
Mom whose son invested in my Melt Man Boobs in 30 Days.
Here is what she had to say:

Dear Vince ~
My son Keven has been powering your new program
for 18 days now and is loving it!  Thanks for
creating such a powerful product on a subject that is
touchy and sensitive ….. especially for a 19-year old!

Love it!  Getting the moob heaviness in shape and
controlled in Las Vegas!  Thanks to You!

Hearts from Las Vegas,
Syllviea Hagen

Hi Syllviea,

Thanks so much for keep me posted
on your son’s progress.

One of the many reasons I created
this program is to help men both young and old deal
with the discomfort of this growing challenge.
A challenge that many men face.

I heard also from another customer on Facebook
that he is finally at a point where he can
take his shirt off without feeling embarrassed.

This is the mark of champions.

People who seemingly feel knocked down
yet dig down deep to fight back and improve
their current situation.

To assist with this comeback, make sure you
watch the “Superhero Pecs Visualization”
video each morning to set
the tone for the day.  There is nothing like
this video on the net. No place but here.

All it takes is 2 minutes a day and you are wired
for success.

If you dont know what I;m talking about, stop
what you are doing, click this link below –>
Melt Man Boobs in 30 Days
and grab this program while the low cost
opportunity is still available.

I look forward to hearing how you morph
your upper body from goo to granite.
Just as I and many of my other clients
have done.

The Man Boob Melter,

Vince Palko
