Your Superbowl Exercises

Well, the “Big Dance” is seven days away.
The Steelers and Packers are making the final adjustments
to their game plans.

106 million people viewed this all day extravaganza last year
and Im sure even more folks around the globe will flip it on.

I’d like to see the Pack win it all. Steelers fans understand
I wont be disappointed if you win your seventh s-bowl. Just excited to
see a game going “down to the wire”– not a blowout.

The interesting thing is the exercises these two teams
will be doing to warm up their high performance engines
are the same ones I teach in the Super Body Blitz.

How do I know these teams will do these?

Football is a game of quick, short burst movements
and so utilizing plyometric drills
is the best way to wake up the fast twitch muscles.

NFL teams have been doing these drills
dating back to when Bart Star and Vince Lombardi led the Pack
back in SuperBowl I.

These exercises work wonders especially if done outside.
Outside with the earth right underneath your
feet on the sod.

Anyway, if you are pumped to try the same exercises

Fat Burning Wrap Recipe

Lately, I’ve been enjoying quick meals for
lunch…ones that burn the fat from your frame.
Today, I’ve outlined one of the many and will give you the recipe to

After you place the last bite in your mouth, Im convinced
you’ll find no other lunch option compares.
At least when it comes to fat burning lunch fare.

Fat Burning Wheat Wrap Recipe

- 1 wheat tortilla
- Turkey breast lunch meat
- 1/4 of a Green Pepper
- 1/4 cup of Onions
- 1 broccoli top
- 2% sharp cheddar cheese

First shred the Turkey breast into 1/2″ chunks. Evenly place
five to six of these chunks around the tortilla.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.  Then slice the onions and green peppers
and sprinkle on top.  Using culinary scissors, cut
up the broccoli top and evenly sprinkle that over everything.

Place this into the oven on a cookie sheet and broil it for 3-4 minutes.

Once done, pull out cookie sheet and wrap up the tortilla shell

This nutritious lunch is second to none and very tasty too.
You can make these the night before work and refrigerate
for the next days lunch.

I usually chow two of these and I am energized and ready for the second
half of the day.
