World Champ Who Uses Gridiron Mind Power

Tuesday, February 15th, 2011

So a little late on congratulating the Packers
for a BIG win last weekend. Its one week ago.

Old news, right?

In Sports Illustrated there is a picture
of one of my former Gridiron Mind Power
students holding up a front page newspaper
that reads “World Champs.”

You can see it in this link, here if you scroll to the bottom.

His name is Diyral Briggs.

I can remember the Monday following
the big upset versus Minnesota in ’07 when
Diyral walked up to me as I was
passing him on my way to the Bowling Green State University offices.

Elated was he.  Stopping me to chat about
the game and his experience using the drills
I taught him and the rest of the players, I smiled inside.

“What you taught us was awesome!
It really helped ALL of us. I’ve done visualization
exercises in the past but nothing like
Gridiron Mind Power. Thanks for taking
the time to teach it – now I can perfect it
and use it the rest of my career.”

What I taught them was nothing new.
This system has been applied and tweaked
over the last 20 years of my career on the gridiron–
piecing the info together on my own. Not really knowing
what mind power formula I was concocting.

However, not many coaches have studied the
power of this to know what kind of incredible benefits
one reaps from exerting a little mind muscle.

The ones that do, like Phil Jackson for the LA Lakers, see
major benefits including lots of IRON in their glass

So if your son has a desire to maximize his talents
on the ball field or maybe you know of a coach
who could use a little extra edge this year,
make sure to forward this Gridiron Mind Power
page to them or repost this note on Facebook.

I have a goal of touching 10,000 young kids lives
with this message.

How Champions are Made

Sunday, February 13th, 2011

Champions aren’t made in gyms.
Champions are made from something
they have deep inside them – a desire,
a dream, a vision. They have to have
the skill, and the will. But the will
must be stronger than the skill.”

Get rid of man boobs now

Friday, February 11th, 2011

Yeah, they are embarrassing.  They get in the way.

They are not that pretty to look at…but you know

what?  If you were the guy who got them that way,

you certainly are the guy to make them go way.
I have an embarrassing story of my own

that I share here …
So you don’t have to be shy about them

anymore.  You can end the misery once

and for all by applying this simple principle

to your daily activity.

I know you can do it.

My Pick for Sunday

Friday, February 4th, 2011

So coming down to crunch time here.

I have an avid Steelers fan on this list
so I will be sure to bash them extra good.

My pick is the “Pack.”  Lets make Father Lombardi proud.
If the Pack can pick off Ben Burgermeister more than twice,
the Green and Gold will take it. If not, it’ll go to the Steel Sissies.

Burger Boy isnt going to be the same in the pocket
without the starting center in there. Did you see the back up center
botch the snap in the last game on their own 1 inch line.

That mental movie might just play in both their minds all game.

We’ll see.

Everyone is talking about the Steelers defense but
I thinks the Pack’s DEE will outshine ‘em on Sunday.
Matthews vs Harrison- who is the better of
the two outside LB’s? Good question. Both are tough
as nails.  My bet though is Clay’s blood thirst heart wont
stop beating until he’s holding the “hardware.”

What a great story on that kid.  Walk on at USC who never
got a shot until his senior year. During the trying times, he
went on a chicken breast and egg white
diet to transform his body.  And worked and worked his
speed…to become…a devastating force in the N F and L.

Harrison and Hines Ward heads are too far up the media’s butts
distracted answering questions and trash talking the NFL.
Both slamming the NFL saying its more concerned about
making money than players safety. Give me a break.
Play in the seventies and eighties and you’ll see a league
not too concerned about player safety.

I digress.

So grab the snacky-snacks – you are cleared for Super Bowl takeoff
to enjoy and relax.  We’ll get back on the program Monday bright and early.

Go Pack.

Snowed In

Tuesday, February 1st, 2011

Well, we are getting blasted here
in the Midwest.

I went out to shovel the drive and
said to myself is this all you got
Mother Nature.  But realized I better
keep my mouth zipped ’cause more
is on the way.

So here is a workout for the winter you
will enjoy.

Put the “sheet” kickers on and go in the backyard for:

- (4) 10 yard butt kickers
- (4) 10 yard high knees
- (4) 10 yard shuffles

Back inside for 9 minutes of LB Fitness.

30 seconds on and 30 seconds off for 9 big ones.
Set your iPhone timer.

Round out the workout with
a few exercises from
How to Get Rid of Man Boobs in 30 Days
- 2 sets of 10 for the Samson Smash
- 2 sets of 10 for Pushing Sand
- 1 set of 10 for Sidewinder Twists
- 1 set of 10 for Bucket Curls

And finish off the workout with a little peppermint tea
with lemon and honey…then give yourself a pat on the back.

Conditions are such that if you get stranded
in this weather – the outcome could be fatal.
And I want you around for a long, long time.

Stay home and stay warm,
