So the game on TNT last night was
the Cavs vs the Lakers.
And the CLEVELAND Cavaliers
swept the Lakers in regular season play.
How awesome is that.
So sick of hearing about Kobey.
Hopefully the Cadaviliers will take
it all the way this year.
In hearing Lebron James talk about who
the Lakers secured to guard him
in the offseason, Ron Artest, “He is a strong
player with quick hands and quick feet.”
“But if he one ups me down on HIS side
of the court, I will for sure try and get him
on MY side of the court.”
Let’s talk quick feet.
My junior year I wanted to work
quick feet. So I began a routine
that later became known
as Linebacker Fitness.
The exercises I teach in it will give
you quick feet.
I knew I had to improve. Whispers were coach
was talking about cutting back on
my playing time cause I was slow.
End result after training like a madman
this exercise all summer:
Two big sacks against Cincinnati.
End of season I had 19 tackles for a loss
all from giving myself
quick feet and more speed.
