Lately, I’ve been enjoying quick meals for
lunch…ones that burn the fat from your frame.
Today, I’ve outlined one of the many and will give you the recipe to
After you place the last bite in your mouth, Im convinced
you’ll find no other lunch option compares.
At least when it comes to fat burning lunch fare.
Fat Burning Wheat Wrap Recipe
- 1 wheat tortilla
- Turkey breast lunch meat
- 1/4 of a Green Pepper
- 1/4 cup of Onions
- 1 broccoli top
- 2% sharp cheddar cheese
First shred the Turkey breast into 1/2″ chunks. Evenly place
five to six of these chunks around the tortilla.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.Â Then slice the onions and green peppers
and sprinkle on top.Â Using culinary scissors, cut
up the broccoli top and evenly sprinkle that over everything.
Place this into the oven on a cookie sheet and broil it for 3-4 minutes.
Once done, pull out cookie sheet and wrap up the tortilla shell
This nutritious lunch is second to none and very tasty too.
You can make these the night before work and refrigerate
for the next days lunch.
I usually chow two of these and I am energized and ready for the second
half of the day.
