Most people think that sleep is the answer to more energy.
This is not true.
When our daughters sleep TOO much and wake up, theyre more groggy, fatigued then before going down. It takes awhile before they’re back to their energetic selves.
Tis the same for adults.
I had a flat (apartment) in Germany and lived with two guys. One guy would come home from work and retire on the couch immediately. He’d take the remote in his hand, turn on the TV and then crash for an hour before we’d break bread (if it wasn’t his turn to be chef).
On top of that he’d whine, “What a crappy day. I’m beat. I’ll be on the couch if you need me.”
He was a constant napper – yet he was perpetually tired. Exercise consisted of heavy weight training at the gym. The only aerobics he’d do he bragged were walks to the fridge for a couple of Warsteiner beers. So there he’d lay in a hump of lazy lumps. Never to know who he could have become.
Jim Cramer of CNBC’s Real Money knows a thing ‘er two about energy. Have you seen this cat? Jim shouts rants, raves, walks (sometimes hops) around his studio as the cameras roll.
