Learn about yourself and write down three things you enjoy doing. Next, figure out ways to do more of them.
By doing what you love to do, you release endorphins in your brain, the same chemicals released when you exercise.
These same endorphins keep your brain and body buzzing with enormous amounts of energy all day long.
While it’s important to fill your life full of energizing experiences, it’s also important to cut out the people and activities that bring your energy level down.
No matter what it is you love doing, you’ll also want to supplement your activities with the exercises I teach in Triple Your Endurance. They are known to shift your energy levels into overdrive.
